According to the charge filed in U.S. District Court, Jones was last seen with Doyel on April 16 at a Perkins restaurant in Salt Lake City in surveillance video. Her body was later discovered in her car on April 21 in Branson, Mo., "in a large plastic container, sealed with bungee cords, in the back of her car ... her body was bound at the arms and legs by nylon cord, partially clothed. Ms. Jones was placed facing up with her arms and legs tied behind her back," the charge said.Purchasing records showed Doyel had purchased a large plastic container from a Lowes hardware store in West Jordan on April 18 and plastic wrap and a tarp at a Wal-Mart in West Valley City a day later. After his arrest in Branson, Doyel told agents he placed Jones in the container and masked the odor with stick deodorant.
